Quantum Arena and Calming Deflection are both abilities you unlock from the Clan. At the time of writing, the Clans feature is new to the game, so if you haven’t joined one, use our Clans guide. After joining Clan, go to the Upgrades & Abilities section of it. Next, press the Abilities button from the top right corner. There you’ll find both the Quantum Arena and Calming Deflect with these requirements:

How to Increase Clan Level in Blade Ball
You can check your current Clan level by going to the same Upgrades & Abilities tab. There you’ll find the Crowns and Clan Point Donate buttons; use them to contribute and increase the level. The Crowns can be earned by completing Missions from the Earn Crowns tab and playing matches with the members. As for Clan Points, you can purchase them from the Buy Clan Points tab; they cost Robux.
