To get past the bees in Psychonauts 2, you will first need to follow the trail of honey. You can do so by heading to the left doorway in the room that has the Astralathe. You will understand you are on the right path when you see blobs of honey.
Following this trail will lead you to a road that is completely covered in honey and beehives on the side. There will be a bee smoker parked near the fire pit here. You will need to use yout Telekinesis power to pick this smoker up. By doing so, you will not let any bees send you back to the start of the path.
As you make your way to the top of this trail, you will find the entrance to a beehive. Here, you will meet Cassie, after which a short cutscene will play. The bees will not let Cassie help you out, and you will have to find other ways to convince her. This means that you will only be able to locate the source of the bees and learn how to eliminate them. To learn what you have to do next, you will have to get into Cassie’s mind.
