The Primary and Secondary Arcane Adapter pair has made its way into the Sisters of Parvos update in Warframe. They allow you to use Arcanes (Primary & Secondary). How to get Primary Arcane Adapter in Warframe?
To get the Primary Arcane Adapter in Warframe, you will need to buy it from Teshin. You can do so on any Relay in the Conclave room. The adapter will set you back by about 15 Steel Essence (for each adapter)
In order to get to Teshin, you can load into a Relay. Once you do so, you need to open the main menu as soon as you come to the dock. Now, click on the Fast Travel option. Doing so will give you a list of different options. Click on Conclave from these options, after which you should climb the stairs after you load into the room. You will now be able to talk to Teshin.

- By beating an Eidolon in the Steel Path level Eidolon Hunts. Doing so will give you 1 Steel Essence.
- From Eximus Enemy drops in the Steel Path mission. The chances of the Essence dropping are actually quite low.
- By clearing all the nodes on a planet located on The Steel Path. Doing so will get you 2 Steel Essence.
- You can also acquire Steel Essence from Enemy Syndicate Troop drops. However, this is an unconfirmed source of getting Steel Essence.
