If you haven’t spoken to Calyrex and the villagers yet in the King of Bountiful Harvests quest, the Mayor will be in Freezington. But if you have already spoken to Calyrex then you can find the Mayor in Giant’s Bed. So, go towards the south and pass through Frostpoint Fields. Keep going along the left wall and once you see the green grass, that is where the Giant’s Bed area is. Explore a bit further in this area and you will find the mayor easily. When you approach him, a short cutscene will play and after talking to him, the quest will get advanced and you can visit his house in Freezington to continue your journey.
The Mayor is a recurring character who will lend his helping hand during the adventure. Mainly he will help Calyrex combine with Spectrier or Glastrier with the Reins of Unity.
