  • To place a cosmetic item in your garden, click on the new inventory icon at the top left corner of the screen. It’s next to the backpack icon and indicated by a hammer and wrench symbol.

  • Click on it and you will see the Cosmetics inventory with two tabs: Total items /250 and Placed items /60.
  • Search for the item you want to place and click anywhere in the garden to see if it can be placed there. If yes, the item will appear at that location.
  • If you change your mind and want to change its position or rotate it, click on the item, and you will see 3 icons. Click and hold on the position or rotate symbols and get the item in your desired spot.

As of now, we have cosmetics of various rarities, starting from Common to Mythical. We also have Sign crates with “No stealing”, “Keep Out”, “No Trespassing”, “Mean Gardener”, “Beware of Dog”, and more that you can place at the entrance. There are Gnomes, a Fun crate that adds flags, seesaw, trampoline, and even statues.

Overall, this reminds me of Animal Crossing New Horizons because of the way you can customize an area with various unique items. These are all quite expensive, and this new addition gives you another reason to keep the flow of Sheckles coming in.

If you want to add more plot of land to fit the new cosmetic items in Grow a Garden, here’s a guide that explains how you can do it.
