Payday 3 Loud Build: High Damage

Best Loud Skill - Payday 3

The below build promises high damage but will eat up your mobility. Best for those players who are not willing to run around, and instead want to have a direct face-off with law enforcement. There are multiple suggestions for weapons, armor, and throwables. You can pick the one that fits best with your gameplay style. Weapons are still experimental, but the most important aspect of this build is the PD3 Skill Set. With 21 skill points in your pocket you cannot add much, so here are all the necessary skill sets to get the best loud build in PD3.

    Weapons

    1. Pistol – SP Model 11.
    2. Rifles – Northwest B-9, Ziv Commando, KU-59 or VF-7S.
    3. SMB – SG Compact-7.

    Armors & Throwables

    1. Armor Bag
    2. Smoke Grenade
    3. Infrasonic Mine
    4. Motion Sensor
    5. Heavy Ballistic Lining Armor

The objective behind this PD3 Loud Build is damage, fast reload, and extra explosive power. Every skill picked below contributes towards the damaged part, which makes it a good tank build.

    Skills Set:

    1. Ammo Specialist: Plate Up, High Grain & Top Up
    2. Mower: Recoil Handling, Suppressive Fire, Ammo Funnel, Replenish and Sprint Loaded.
    3. Tank: Extra Plates & Last Man Standing.
    4. Sharpshooter: Cutting Shot.
    5. Demolitionist: Blowback, Overcooked & Extra Munitions.
    6. Gunslinger: Finisher.

Skill under Ammo Specialist focuses on getting some extra damage, increasing ammo reserve, regenerating some armor chunks, and restoring throwables.

    • Ammo Specialist Basic: Your reserve ammo capacity is increased by 20%.
    • Plate Up: Your reserve ammo capacity GRIT is increased by 20%.
    • High Grain: After interacting with an ammo bag, you get 20% more damage for 10 seconds. This bonus does not stack with itself.
    • Top U: Interacting with any ammo bag will restore an additional 20% of ammo and fully restock your throwables.

Mower focuses on reducing weapon recoil, inflicting heavy stagger, auto pickup ammo, and reloading while sprinting. This skill will save precious time in refilling ammo.

    1. Mower Basic: Every 35 bullets you shoot, gain EDGE.
    2. Recoil Handling: As long as you have EDGE, your weapon recoil is reduced.
    3. Suppressive Fire: As long as you have EDGE, every shot from your weapon has a chance to inflict a heavy stagger.
    4. Ammo Funnel: As long as you have EDGE, the ammo you pick up is directly added to your equipped weapon’s magazine. If your magazine is full, it’s added to your reserves instead.
    5. Replenish: As long as you have EDGE, you automatically pick up ammo dropped by enemies you have killed.
    6. Sprint Loaded: You can reload while sprinting.

Tank focuses on armor chunk regeneration speed and a special boost of getting immune to damage for 10 seconds.

    1. Tank Basic: Increase the regeneration speed of your armor chunks by 20%.
    2. Extra Plates: Your armor bag has 2 additional charges.
    3. Last Man Standing: If damage would normally down you, you can instead consume available GRIT to stay on your feet and become immune to damage for 10 seconds.

Sharpshooters will improve aiming and armor penetration. You can replace Extra Plates with Precision shot if you need more accuracy while shooting.

    1. Sharpshooter: Stand still for 1.5 seconds while aiming down sights or scopes and gain EDGE.
    2. Cutting Shot: As long as you have EDGE, your armor penetration is increased.

In the last two sets of skills, you can power your explosions, break armors faster, and increase throwables capacity.

    1. Demolitionist: Explosions caused by your shots or throwables have their area of effect increased by 20%.
    2. Blowback: As long as you have RUSH, non-special enemies damaged by your explosions lose all armor.
    3. Overcooked: Any throwable weapon you use that has an explosive component will no longer run on a timer but will immediately explode on impact with the environment or an NPC.
    4. Extra Munitions: 2 Throwables capacity.

In the last and final last of skills get a boost of 200% damage for every shot left in your magazine.

    1. Gunslinger: Whenever you switch your weapon, you gain EDGE.
    2. Finisher: Once per heist, you can free yourself from a Cloaker or Zapper, after which you can’t be disabled by them again for 5 seconds.

So this was one of the best Payday 3 loud bills you can use in the game. Remember there will be a heavy impact on mobility, so there is no use of hiding or running away. Instead, go with a full-power attack and let the heist end with a bang.
