How To Parry In Spiderman 2

Updated Date :

Rather than dodging it is better to Parry in Spiderman 2. Miles Morales and Peter Parker are constantly putting their life at risk by fighting supervillains, villains, and everyone else who tries to harm their city and its people. When you are surrounded by danger, dodging and then landing an attack is not only difficult but also time-consuming. And you cannot dodge Heavy Attacks. Parry is one such move, which will let you finish the enemy without suffering much damage and even counter Heavy Attacks.

Even before the launch of the game, talk about this system flooded the internet. There were many assumptions about how you can use it, or maybe, it is part of a skill tree and so on. All of them will now get answered with this Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Parry guide.

To Parry wait for the warning circles to change from yellow to red and then press L1 to push the enemy. Every time an enemy near you prepares to attack you, the glowing yellow warning circles will surround your head. The warning circles will turn red when an enemy starts the attack, and that is the very time you are supposed to Parry. If you press L1 before the warning circles turn red, you’ll end up just taking less damage, but if it’s a heavy attack, the impact will be bad.

In case you are wondering if Parry is part of the Skill tree or not. The answer is no it isn’t. You don’t have to unlock Parry from the Skill tree, both Miles and Peter can use it. Though the way they perform Parry is different from each other. But that’s not a bad thing, it gives them their uniqueness.

Hopefully, this helped you learn how to Parry in Spiderman 2. If it did, and you are looking for more useful technique, skill, and move guides for the game, you should check out our Spider-Man 2 guides. Here you can learn to switch characters, increase Focus Fast, and see all map locations.
