Kevin 1:
Reach World 1, Level 3, and get a combo of 2 in either solo or cooperative modes.
Kevin 2:
Reach World 2, Level 2, and get a combo of 3 in solo or 5 in cooperative modes.
Kevin 3:
Reach World 2, Level 4, and get a score of 600 in solo or 1000 in cooperative modes.
Kevin 4:
Reach World 3, Level 1, and get a score of 450 in solo or 1100 in cooperative modes.
Kevin 5:
Unlocked when you reach World 4, Level 3 and you will need to score a combo of 4 in solo or 5 in cooperative modes.
Kevin 6:
Reach World 4, Level 3, and get a score of 400 in solo or 500 in cooperative modes.
Kevin 7:
Reach World 5, Level 5, and get a combo of 5 in solo or 8 in cooperative modes.
Kevin 8:
Reach World 6, Level 4, and get a combo of 5 in solo or 7 in cooperative modes.
You can find the above levels in the base game, but this is not it. If you have the DLCs that have come along since the release of the Overcooked 2, you can get access to 4 additional secret levels in the game.

Reach World 2, Level 2, and hand in one recipe in either solo or cooperative in the first 120 seconds while also getting at least one star in the level.

There are a total of 3 secret levels in the Campfire Cook Off DLC in Overcooked 2, here’s how to unlock them all:
Kevin 1:
Reach World 1 Level 3, and get a combo of 4 either in solo or competitive modes.
Kevin 2:
Reach World 2 Level 3, and get a combo of 5 either in solo or competitive modes.
Kevin 3:
Reach World 3 Level 3, and get a score of 600 in solo or 800 in competitive modes.
