In the Freestar Collective questline ‘On the Run’, you will find yourself facing off against Marco Graziani, the powerful leader of the First who operates out of the Red Mile on Codos. Should I Kill Marco Graziani in Starfield?

Should You Accept Marco Graziani’s Bribe Or Kill Him In Starfield?

When you arrive at Marco Graziani’s Fortuna Lair on Codos, he will assume you are looking for work. Marco will tell you that he always wants to hire skilled pilots and guards for his operations. When talking to Marco, your choices generally have only two outcomes – either accept Marco’s offer and take the bribe or refuse his offer and decide to attack him.

What Happens If You Accept Marco’s Bribe

Marco will offer you a bribe of credits and the Encrypted Slate to avoid combat. Accepting his offer will give you access to Fortuna, but without any significant value in terms of gameplay benefits. As a modest reward, you will have avoided gunfigh.

However, most companions like Sarah Morgan will disapprove of taking bribes, which can negatively affect your partnerships. Also, accepting the bribe means missing out on significant loot available after defeating Marco.

What Happens If You Kill Marco

If you choose to attack Marco Graziani, a shootout will ensue between you, Marco, his guards, and the security turrets. Once he has been eliminated, thoroughly search his body, retrieving his keycard and the Encrypted Slate.

Next, make your way to the back left of the room where you will find a door offering convenient cover. Feel free to collect any supplies, but remember that your primary objective is to shoot your way out. This allows you to continue your search for clues about the missing Hope Tech ships with the evidence you acquired.

That’s all about Marco Graziani options in Starfield. You can explore more Starfield Guides right here on Gamer Tweak.
