You will get it automatically for free when you achieve this milestone, so you don’t have to complete a quest or spend a lot of money for it. Because of how tough it is to get this rod, and the amount of time and grinding it requires, it’s aptly named ‘No Life’ but it could also be a reference to the Curse of the No Life King enchant from Deepwoken.
