Essence of Pride is an item in Destiny 2 which you get by taking down Nightmares, but there is a trick to it, as the description literally says that you cannot get the Essence of Pride in any lost sectors of the Moon, so you only have Nessus, Titan, Io and EDZ to target Nightmares and get the item. Where to find Nightmares in Lost Sectors in Destiny 2
Destiny 2 has brought in tons of content for players, finding Essence of Pride is essential as it is a quest item, with a random drop rate, finding it can become pretty tough at times, especially if you do not know where to look.4
All you have to do is take down about 3 Nightmares in Destiny 2’s Lost Sectors which should be enough to fill the bar.
For beginners, you can try targetting the lost sectors in Io. You will need to farm the Grove of Ulan-Tan, if you remember this is the same one from the Lost Oasis and you can find it North of the landing point.
Alternatively, you can also try Widow’s Walk in the European Dead Zones, Cargo Bay 3 in the EDZ is another good spot that you can check out, other places include Methane Flush on Titan.
Beware, there is a known bug though, which limits how many Essence of Pride a player can carry at a single time. The bug prevents the item from appearing in the quest tracker and Eris Morn doesn’t even allow to purchase another.
