If you go to talk to Yonah you get to know that her health is deteriorating as her disease is progressing. You go to Popola in search of some medicine, where she tells you about the Shaman. The Shaman is a fish that can be caught at the seafront. As per Popola, the liver of the fish has some nutritional component that can suppress any pain. After talking to her you go on your way to get the Shaman.
