Nier Replicant has an abundance of side quests. The game is designed in a way making all the side quests kind of necessary for players. Most of these side quests need you to get some or the other resource. One such resource is the broken batteries, which you will need to find to complete multiple side quests. Let’s see how you can get the Broken Batteries in Nier Replicant.

How To Get Broken Batteries In Nier Replicant?

Broken batteries are a rare drop as they can be found in one place only. Broken Batteries are obtained as drops from the flying robots at the Junk Heap. The flying robots can be found at level 1F of the junk heap. Be alert when you enter the Junk heap as it is full of different kinds of robots. Once at level 1F you will 2 flying robots charging towards you followed by many more. Make sure to maintain distance from them and take them out one at a time. Level 1F is very similar to a hallway so your screen might get overwhelmed. In such cases be alert enough to grab the broken batteries as with so much going on you might miss collecting the drop.

The flying robots can also be found in the B2 area of the Junk heap. In case you couldn’t find enough broken batteries at 1F you can always try at B2 level. Broken Batteries are needed to complete side quests like “The Shade army” and “The Masterless Lighthouse”. Broken batteries can also be used to upgrade certain weapons, do check out the brothers, Jakob and Gideon at their weaponry to see how you can put it to its optimum use. With multiple uses, the Broken batteries become a very important resource for the players.
