How To Get Traded In NBA 2K22?

If you wish to get Traded in NBA 2K22, you will have to hand in a Trade Request. However, before doing so you will need to complete a particular set of pre-requisites before you reach this stage. The game isn’t too clear about the same and has left many players confused. If you are one of these, simply scroll down and have a look at the Trade Mechanics in 2K22.

How to get Traded using a Trade Request in NBA 2K22?

NBA 2K22: How To Request A Trade?

  • To Request a Trade you will first have to go to the Main Menu.
  • Now clicking the Right Trigger, go over to the Progressions Tab in the main menu.
  • From the drop down list look for the “Request a Trade” option.
  • Now, you will get various options to choose from and you will be done.
  • Select the team you want and that is all.

However, this is where the problems will begin for you. First you won’t be able to directly Request for a Trade. You will actually have to be a first team/starting player in your original team. By ‘you’, we mean the created character in the game. After this you will need to have completed 100 regular season games as part of the team. Once you satisfy and fulfill these conditions, you will be able to request a Trade in NBA 2K22.

If you are in your Second Season, you will need to have played a minimum of 10 games before you can actually request a Trade. Some other things to do while being traded is to have a look at the Team Interest %. A higher interest level will increase your chances of getting into that specific team.
