- To Request a Trade you will first have to go to the Main Menu.
- Now clicking the Right Trigger, go over to the Progressions Tab in the main menu.

- Select the team you want and that is all.
However, this is where the problems will begin for you. First you won’t be able to directly Request for a Trade. You will actually have to be a first team/starting player in your original team. By ‘you’, we mean the created character in the game. After this you will need to have completed 100 regular season games as part of the team. If you are in your Second Season, you will need to have played a minimum of 10 games before you can actually request a Trade. Some other things to do while being traded is to have a look at the Team Interest %. A higher interest level will increase your chances of getting into that specific team.
