Santa Monica Studio’s GOW Ragnarok is full of amazing collectibles and also items like Relics spread across the Nine Realms. Relics can also be further classified into unique ones called Hilts. However, these Hilts are not that easy to get. To be more specific, many players are struggling to find the location of Nar’s Cup which is used to craft the Hilt of Tyrfing in God of War Ragnarok. Worry not, check our guide to get your answer.
How to Find the Nar’s Cup in God of War Ragnarok
Hilts are extremely useful in combat scenarios and can give Kratos a huge advantage over the enemy. Firstly, make sure you have the required powers to access all areas of the game. You’ll have to go to the plains in the Vanaheim and beat the three Traveller Champions first. Ensure that it’s nighttime before you initiate this battle.
Next, go to Freyr’s camp in Vanaheim. From here, row your boat towards the north of Frey’s camp and reach the Abandoned Village. Once you leave your boat behind, travel towards the west of the Abandoned Village until you see a red icon on the map. The icon indicates a mini-boss fight with Blatonn – an Alpha Wulver.
Make sure you use a Celestial Altar to turn the time into day or else you won’t be able to access the route. Once you’re here, you’ll see Blatonn in the distance. Simply walk up to him to start the fight. Once you defeat him, he’ll leave behind the Nar’s Cup. You can then pick it up and proceed to craft the Hill of Tyrfing.
That’s all it takes to locate the Nar’s Cup in God of War Ragnarok. If Blatonn is giving you a hard time, do check out our guide on how to beat him right here on Gamer Tweak.
