God Of War Ragnarok Mystical Heirloom [Guide]

Published Date :

Besides following the main storyline, one can do some Favor Quests which is a great way of exploring hidden regions. While traveling through the Realms, you will come across various items and resources. One of which is a Relic which can be equipped to gain some buffs. Most of the Relics in this game help Kratos and Atreus get an upper hand in combat. Whereas, a Mystical Heirloom is an exception as it doesn’t have any property that may prove useful during a fight. So what does it do? Well, don’t worry as this article got you covered. Check out this guide that features everything you should know about the Mystical Heirloom including its uses and location in GoW Ragnarok.

What does Mystical Heirloom do in GoW Ragnarok?

Unlike other Relics, Mystical Heirloom won’t help you in a fight but will help you get to a fight. There are 4 Trolls in this game that are statues at first but can be awakened with the help of Mystical Heirloom Relic. For your reference, you can check out our other guide that features the location of all 4 Trolls.

How to use Mystical Heirloom

Whenever you come across any of the Trolls, get near them and use the Mystical Heirloom by pressing the L1 + Circle button to awaken them in GoW Ragnarok. You will then engage in a battle with the Trolls. After that, you will obtain Slumbering Stones which is a useful resource while crafting the Steinbjorn Armor.

Please keep a note that you should have completed the Forging Destiny main story quest before getting your hands on the Mystical Heirloom in GoW Ragnarok. This is because Kratos will acquire a Draupnir Spear after this mission. Moreover, it is an essential weapon when finding the Mystical Heirloom. Anyways, once you reach the southwest of Tyr’s temple in Midgard, look for a weaker wall and use Draupnia Spear’s Detonation ability to break it. You will then be able to obtain Mystical Heirloom behind that wall in GoW Ragnarok.

That’s all covered for the Mystical Heirloom in God of War Ragnarok. If you found this article helpful, then make sure to check out our GoW Ragnarok Wiki for more depth.
