To get visitors to your island, you need to fulfill certain conditions and in this guide, you will know how to get My Melody’s grandma and grandpa in Hello Kitty Island Adventure. You require 3 items of 3 different categories and the cabin has to be near a location. Once they are here, you can complete quests to boost your friendship level to 5 stars! Here’s how to get started.

How to get My Melody’s Grandma to the Cabin in Hello Kitty Island Adventure

Place the following items in the visitor cabin which should be near Seaside Resort, and if everything is correct, My Melody’s Grandma will visit your island.

  • 3 Cottage Furniture items
  • 3 Creative items
  • 3 Bakery items

How to get My Melody’s Grandpa to the Cabin in Hello Kitty Island Adventure

To get Grandpa to visit, you need the following conditions fulfilled aside from the cabin being near Seaside Resort.

  • 3 pieces of Rocky items
  • 3 Volcanic items
  • 3 Metal items

Here’s the schedule of their appearance—they will visit every 4 weeks.

  • February 13 – 17
  • March 13 – 17
  • April 10 – 14
  • May 8 – 12
  • June 5 – 9
  • July 3 – 7
  • July 31 – 4
  • August 28 – 1
  • September 25 – 29
  • October 23 – 27
  • November 20 – 24
  • December 18 – 22

Talking to grandma everyday when she’s visiting will give you Art Supplies, while talking to Grandpa gives you a copy of Sounds of Steel.

Moreover, you can complete quests to increase your friendship with the grandparents to 5 stars:

  • “Grandma’s Closet” which requires you to buy any new clothing item.
  • “Reading the Classics” which requires you to craft any item with the Book tag.
  • “Fabulous Fabrics” which requires you to craft one Fabric.
  • “Sugary Snacktime” which requires you to cook Sugarkelp Cakes.
  • “Surprise Gift” which requires you to give My Melody any item with the Tropical tag.

To increase your friendship with the grandpa, here are the quests to complete:

  • “Refreshing Ice Hike” requires you to climb to the top of Icy Peak.
  • “Built Different” requires you to craft a copy of Meditations on Resilience.
  • “Hot Shots” requires you to take a selfie at the Caldera on Mount Hothead.
  • “Fiery Tunes” requires you to craft a Volcanic Guitar.
  • “Cloud Jumping” requires you to go to Cloud Island.
