Museum Day Stamp Rally in ACNH Explained

Updated Date :

The latest event to grace Animal Crossing New Horizons is International Museum Day which starts on 18 May, 2020 and ends on May 31, 2020. In this ACNH Museum Day stamp rally guide, you will find out everything there is to know about participating in stamp rally and completing this museum event.

Animal Crossing New Horizons Stamp Rally Guide

To understand what this Museum Day event in ACNH is all about, visit your museum and talk to Blathers the Owl. He will tell you that they are celebrating International Museum Day with a Stamp Rally. Here’s how it works:

You must find the stamp stations in the Museum in the bug, fish and fossil galleries. Each wing will have three stations so you have nine stations to locate. You need to visit these stations and collect stamps to earn rewards.

How to complete the ACNH Stamp Rally?

To find the stamp rally stations, simply explore the museum. They are unmissable yellow boxes with a red owl on them. Their locations aren’t fixed and will be randomly placed everywhere, so keep checking all corners of the museum.

Walk up to each stamp rally station and get your stamps. Once you have collected them all, meet Blathers again. He will be delighted and he’ll congratulate you first. Then, he will give you a completion stamp which looks just like the owl stamp on the stations. You can continue to explore the other exhibits to collect stamps there as well.

What is the Stamp Rally reward?

When you collect all the stamps in the bug, fossil and fish galleries, you will get a golden plaque for each section. Blathers will hand them to you when you meet him after collecting the stamps. You can hang the plaques up on your wall or if you’d like, you can sell them for Bells to Timmy and Tommy.

What happens when you collect all golden plaques?

Nothing really. It’s just the joy of collecting stuff, we guess? If there is a reward which is revealed later, we will update this guide. Also, in case you are wondering, you don’t need the new art wing for this Museum Day event. So, as long as you have a Museum built, you can participate in this event.

After the Stamp Rally, another event is lined up and that is the wedding season in June. Want to stay ahead and collect some wedding items in ACNH? Then check out our guide on how to get wedding-themed items before wedding season.
