Cascarrafa Location

When held by a Pokemon, it slightly boosts the holder’s physical moves. This slight boost can help you win close battles against other trainers. There are two ways you can get your hands on this item. The first one is that you can find it on the ground. The second is that you can buy it. Talking about the first way, you can find the Muscle Band in Scarlet and Violet near a fountain in Cascarrafa Town. Home to Pokemon Gym Leader Kofu, this town is right next to the Asado Desert. To reach there:

  • Enter Cascarrafa Town through the East Gate.
  • Make your way to the center of the town by crossing a small bridge.
  • There, you will see a water fountain.
  • Near that fountain, look for a Red Shiny Pokeball on the ground.
  • Pick up that Pokeball and voila! The Band is yours.

Using this method, you will get this item for free. However, if you need more, you can buy them at the Delibird Presents shop. You can find these shops in Mesagoza, Cascarrafa, and Levincia. Although, you will need 8,000 Poke dollars to buy it. It’s a steep price but the item is worth it. If you have a Fighting-type Pokemon, then this item can win you many battles.
