How to Get Mini Tusks in Blox Fruits

Updated Date :

Mini Tusks are an Uncommon rarity material in Blox Fruits that are used for upgrading weapons, and crafting items. Even though they are labeled as uncommon, they can feel rare because only one enemy drops them and the drop chance is not guaranteed. You can store up to 99 Mini Tusks at a time in your inventory, so once you start farming, it’s a good idea to keep track of how many you have.

Mini Tusks are dropped by Mythological Pirates which are badgers wearing red outfits. You will find them in the Third Sea in the Floating Turtle location. If you are not in the Third Sea yet, you will not be able to obtain Mini Tusks at all. You will find them behind the Forest Pirates in the hills, but keep in mind that Mythological Pirates are high-level NPCs, so you should be properly leveled and equipped before attempting to farm them. Going in underprepared will slow you down and make farming frustrating.

The Mythological Pirates use the Electric fighting style, and they also use Aura, which allows them to damage Elemental users. This effect applies to Rubber users as well, even though Electric attacks normally do not affect them.

How to Farm

The best way to farm Mini Tusks is to focus entirely on Mythological Pirates without distractions. Stay in one area where these enemies spawn and defeat them repeatedly. Since the drop is random (possible 2-5% drop rate), you may not receive a Mini Tusk from every kill. Some sessions may feel lucky, while others may give you nothing for several minutes. This is normal. Using abilities or weapons with area damage helps a lot. Faster kills mean more chances at drops over time. If the spawns are slow, server hopping can help reset enemies faster. Private servers are also useful if you want uninterrupted farming, though they are not required.

What Are Mini Tusks Used For?

Mini Tusks are required for upgrading and crafting several powerful weapons and items. If you plan on progressing deep into the endgame, you will need them sooner or later. Farming them ahead of time saves a lot of effort later. These are the swords that use Mini Tusk:

  • Twin Hooks: 8 Mini Tusk, 20 Leather, 10 Fish Tail
  • Cursed Dual Katana: 10 Mini Tusk, 10 Demonic Wisp, and 60 Scrap Metal
  • Tushita: 20 Mini Tusk, 6 Leather
  • Yama: 20 Mini Tusk, 6 Leather

You can also craft the Dino Hood with 10 Mini Tusk and 25 Dinosaur Bones. If you want to craft everything that needs this material, you need 68 of them which will be a grind but worth the effort eventually.
