The Mighty Miner is the fourth Champion added in Clash Royale. He is a bulky guy that deals damage in a ramp-up style. In simpler words, his attacks are similar to that of the Inferno Dragon & Inferno Tower. The only exception is that he can attack only ground troops. The Mighty Miner costs 4 Elixir while his ability, Explosive Escape, costs 2 Elixir. As stated in the game, “Walk softly… and carries a big drill! This Champion deals increasing Damage to his target and can switch lanes to escape combat or change attack plans. This makes him not only the mightiest but also the sneakiest Miner in the Arena.”. The Mighty Miner is an amazing card and here are some of his Best Decks in Clash Royale.

Tips & Tricks with the Mighty Miner in Clash Royale

The Stats of the Mighty Miner in Clash Royale are:

  • Mighty Miner:
    • Damage: 40-400.
    • Damage per Second: 100-1000.
    • Hitpoints: 2400.
    • Hit Speed: 0.4 sec.
    • Targets: Ground.
    • Speed: Medium.
    • Range: Melee-Long.
    • Ability: Explosive Escape.
      • Ability Cost: 2 Elixir.
      • Area Damage: 334.
      • Targets: Air & Ground.
      • Deploy Time: 3 sec.
      • Ability Cooldown: 13 sec.

The ability of the Mighty Miner, Explosive Escape, allows him to dig underground and get to the other Lane in Clash Royale. When the ability is activated, he will also drop a bomb at the original position that hits both ground & air. He is very similar to the Inferno Dragon and as such can be used in its place. The only downside to that is you won’t be able to hit air cards like Lava Hound or Balloon. The Mighty Miner is best dealing with Tanks except for the Bowler & Electro Giant. These are the only 2 Tanks the Mighty Miner struggles to deal with. They are the two Tanks that can counter him. Swarm is his worst Nightmare. Spells that can stun or do knockback will also counter him.

Most Counters that can deal with the Inferno Dragon will counter the Mighty Miner as well. Although you can avoid the swarm and deal explosive damage by the bomb. Explosive Escape is interesting. When activated, the Mighty Miner will travel to the other Lane but from the same distance from the middle. In simpler words, if he is 3 tiles from the middle, he will go to the other Lane and be 3 tiles away from the middle. So the best way to counter his ability is to place troops in the middle and kit him.

This was all about the Best Mighty Miner Decks in Clash Royale. Hopefully, these decks got you to the highest leagues possible. You can also check our guide on Best Skeleton King Decks To Use In Clash Royale.
