Here's a quick guide on how to unlock all secret Sub-Camps in Monster Hunter Rise.
Monster Hunter Rise has multiple maps and each map has a bunch of Sub-camps, where hunters can stockpile their supplies. Unlike Monster Hunter World, hunters are not allowed to use Sub-Camps as starting locations. In MH Rise, players can use them as Fast Travel.
For the unversed, Sub-Camps in MH Rise are hidden and can’t be used until you have completed Kagero The Merchant’s related quests. There are thousands of hunters who have been having trouble finding and unlocking Sub-Camps in MH Rise and if that’s you then look no further as we have got you everything covered.

Shrine Ruins Sub Camp is located in region 10. To get this sub-camp unlocked, you will have to complete the Shrine Ruins Sub-Camp Security Side quests, which will require you to slay 8 Izuchi in the Shrine Ruins.
Frost Islands Sub Camp is located in region 6, which can be found between a small gap along the rock wall in the area. This quest requires you to slay 8 Zamites in Frost Islands.
To find Frost Islands Sub Camp 2, you will have to head over to region 8. When you get there, you will have to climb to the top of a mountain. To get this Sub-Camp unlocked, you will need to complete the Frosts Islands Sub-Camp Material Side quest, which needs you to deliver two Warm Pelt and 4 Monster Bone S.
Sandy Plains Sub Camp can be found between Region 2 and Region 7. To unlock this Sub Camp, hunters will need to complete the Sandy Plains Sub-Camp Security Side Quest, which needs you to slay 8 Kestodon in the Sandy Plains.
To find Sandy Plains Sub Camp two, you will need to head over to Region 8. When you get there, you will have to look for the bright blue circle. To get Sub Camp 2 unlocked, you will need to complete the Sandy Plains Sub-Camp Materials Side Quest, which requires you to bring one Lagombi Pelt and 2 Monster Bone M’s to Kagero.
To find Flooded Forest Sub Camp 1, you will need to head over to region 11. There, you will find a Sub Camp on top of a large rock pillar. To get this unlocked, players are required to complete the Flooded Forest Sub Camp Security Side Quest, which needs you to slay 8 Wroggi in the Flooded Forest.
Lava Caverns Sub Camp 1 is located in the northernmost point of Region 10. To unlock this Sub Camp in MH Rise, players will need to slay 8 Uruktor.
Similar to Frost Islands Sub Camp 1, this Sub-Camp is located in Region 6. To unlock Lave Caverns Sub Camp 2, you will need to bring a Tetranadon Hide and 2x Monster Bone L to Kagero.
