In Kulu Headpiece, it is an Overgrade or Grade 2 skill. This item requires some Kulu-Ya-Ku Hide, Kulu-Ya-Ku Plume, and Monster Bone M for Overgrade.
You get Kulu material by killing Kulu-Ya-Ku monsters. The monster is found in deserts, swamps, and forest areas. And it is weak towards the Water.
