What does The Manager in Blox Fruits Do?
The Manager’s main function is to drop hints about an important character called the Legendary Sword Dealer. Players who are looking to get their hands on the True Triple Katana will have to find the Legendary Sword Dealer and buy three separate legendary swords called the Saddi, Wando, and Shisui.
So, if you want to obtain each of these swords The Manager is the only NPC who can notify you when the Legendary Sword Dealer is on the server.
Requirements
You need to be at least level 850 to talk with The Manager.
Complete The Colosseum Quest which can be started by talking to an NPC named Bartilo.
Each one of the three swords can be purchased for 2,000,000 money.
Since the Dealer spawns at different times and is only available for small intervals, The Manager will give you hints about his spawn time. Below is a list of dialogues and the true meaning behind each of them.
