If you keep foraging for fruits, herbs, and other craftable materials and let them stay in your inventory, your character will reach the encumbrance limit. Leveling up can increase Max En, but that becomes tough at one point. While trading and a few other options are available to lessen the burden, your first choice should always be experimenting with them. Various combinations allow you to make restorative potions in Dragon’s Dogma 2, which you can use to recover your health in time of need. With that said, follow the steps to craft and consume them.

How to Use Potions in DD2?
- Once you have crafted it, go back to the Items.
- When you click on the potion, you will see Use options.
- Press Use and consume it to recover your health and for other effects.
- Similar to this, you can eat the fruits you foraged with the Use option.
If your potion is gray and you don’t see any option by selecting it, you need to lose some HP. Additionally, most health potions are recovery, so you cannot use them with maximum health. That is only possible with those which let you exceed the limit.
