Wondering why Rumbleverse has such long queue times for login or matchmaking? Many players are facing waiting times of more than 2 minutes which can be mildly infuriating. Here are the reasons why this is happening and how to fix the connection lost error that some might encounter.
Rumbleverse Long Queue Times
The main reason why Rumbleverse has such long queue times is because the servers are full. This could also happen if the servers are facing an outage due to an error. Along with matchmaking issues, players may also see some stuttering and lag, so that’s when you can search #Rumbleverse on Twitter to see if other players are also facing the same problem. During my attempt, it took more than 3 minutes to find players in the solo and duo modes. But when I tried again after some time, I managed to get in pretty quickly.
Rumbleverse, at the time of writing this article, is at an early stage of launch and some teething issues are inevitable. As the player count keeps growing, the developers (Iron Galaxy) and the publishers (Epic Games Publishing) will hopefully work on increasing the server capacity.
Connection Lost when Trying to Queue
PC players, in case you see a Network Failure Connection Lost message while trying to get into the game, make sure to verify the game files and then restart the launcher.
How to Verify Game Files on Epic
- Verify the Game Files on Epic Games Store.
- Start Epic Games launcher
- Click on the Game Library
- Click on Rumbleverse
- Select Settings
- Click on Verify
- Close the launcher, restart it and launch the game again
So, that’s basically why you are seeing long login queue times. It will be eventually fixed but until then, just try again after some time, and you should be able to jump into a game.
