The latest update to Genshin Impact is slated to release sometime in April 2023. You will need at least 168 Mourning Flowers for Kaveh’s ascension. The only thing that you can do here is to wait till the update is out.
What Are Mourning Flowers?
We do know that Mourning Flowers can be found in Kshuradhara Woods which is located in Sumeru. However, we don’t know any specific location where Mourning Flowers will spawn in Genshin Impact. Since it’s a dynamic combination of lush rainforests and arid deserts, the Mourning Flower is considered to be a local specialty of the Sumeru Region.
The flower appears red in color and it is said that they symbolize the sacrifice made by Genshin Impact heroes during gruesome wars that took place ages ago. The lore states that the souls of the forgotten and ill-fated heroes reside in the flowers themselves. This is also the reason why the Mourning Flower grows in this area – the location of the battle.
You will need at least 168 Mourning Flowers for Kaveh’s ascension. Since this is a huge quantity of flowers and there’s still time for the update to roll out, your best bet would be to farm other materials till then.
