Legendary Egg in Grow a Garden Explained

Published Date :

The new Animals update added a lot of pets that players can hatch from eggs and place in their garden. However, not all pets are created equal. They can be Common, Uncommon, Rare, and even Legendary, and in this Grow a Garden guide, you will know exactly which pets you can expect, the price, and more.

Grow a Garden Legendary Egg

To get a Legendary egg, you need to keep an eye on the Egg shop handled by the NPC Raphael—you will be notified in-game when the shop resets.

Raphael is located next to the Gear shop, which is at the opposite end of the Seed shop. Unfortunately, there is no teleport button to get there, so you need to manually walk every time. You can then check the rarity of eggs that are available.

If you see a Legendary Egg, hover your mouse over it to see its price. It costs a whopping 3,000,000¢, which is a hefty price for beginners in the game. But if you plan your crops wisely and make some friends who can gift you expensive fruits, it is possible. Here are the % chance of seeing the rarities of eggs.

  • Common Egg: 99% of shop
  • Uncommon Egg: 53% of shop
  • Rare Egg: 21% of shop
  • Legendary Egg: 9% of Shop
  • Bug Egg: 3% of Shop
