To get to the location of the Law of Regression Incantation in Elden Ring, you need to first make it to Altus Plateau. Once here, head to Leyndell, and then proceed to defeat Godfrey, the First Elden Lord.
Successfully defeating Godfrey will see you gain access to the Site of Grace at the Erdtree Sanctuary. Once you make your way to the said Site of Grace, head east. Make your way towards the giant tree root here. Use this root to make your way to the second floor of the building.
Once on the second floor, you need to make your way towards the rooftops of the building. As you look towards your left, you should see an open window. Head into this window, proceed towards the other side of the balcony and make your way back to the root.
On your way to the root, make sure to pick up the Golden Order Principia prayerbook. Once you acquire this book, head to the Church of Vows. Here, meet Miriel, the Pastor of Vows, and give the book to him. Alternatively, you can also hand this book over to Corhyn in Leyndell.
Upon handing the book over to Miriel, you can successfully proceed to purchase the Law of Regression Incantation. You will need to spend 10,000 Runes in order to do so.
