Joining the Crimson Fleet in Starfield and being a space pirate might just be one of the most interesting things to do while exploring outer space. There are several different factions that you can join in the game. However, Crimson Fleet is one of the two biggest factions you will come across apart from the UC Vanguard. The faction comes with its own unique set of missions that you can complete in the game. Not to mention, the Crimson Fleet has one of the highest payouts for completing missions. This means you will make money even faster being a space pirate. So if you looking to join the faction and be as threatening as you can, then here is a guide you should check out further.
How to Join Crimson Fleet Faction in Starfield
The easiest to join the Crimson Fleet and be a space pirate would be to commit a crime in any UC Vanguard controlled system in Starfield. We would recommend you get some Contraband at your disposal and try landing on New Atlantis in the game. Although even stealing something will do just fine. After which you will be placed under arrest by a guard. Once done agree to be transferred to UC Vigilance. You will then interact with Commander Ikande in the UC SysDef. After talking with him for a while you will learn that the UC SysDef are dealing with the Crimson Fleet. Exhaust the dialogues and agree to the offer of going undercover in the fleet.
After which the Deep Cover mission will start where you will have to visit Saorise Bowden in Cydonia. Once you have gone through all the objectives and met Adler Kemp, you will be able to proceed to the next mission to join the Crimson Fleet in Starfield. Completing the Rook Meets King sub questline will help you meet Naeva Mora and also get access The Key. Once you spend some time in The Lock to sort of prove your allegiance to the fleet you will join it.
It is also worth mentioning that another way to get into the UC SysDef and go undercover would be to join the Vanguard. Once you join and complete The Grunt Work subquest, you will be able to go through the Deep Cover and Rook Meets King quests in Starfield.
