There have been quite a few glitches in Animal Crossing New Horizons that players have taken advantage of. Eventually, Nintendo has fixed those glitches in subsequent patches. Animal Crossing New Horizons Item Duplication Exploit
Youtuber Artificial Switch has posted the video of a Animal Crossing New Horizons glitch which can easily clone objects. The items needed to do this are:
- One 2×2 table
- One 2×1 table
- One 2×1 item to duplicate
There are a few steps that you have to do repeatedly, then exit the room and re-enter the room. Upon re-entering, you will see that the item has been duplicated.

If you want to use this item duplication exploit, be careful because at the end of the day, it is a glitch. Anything can happen. Some players have noted that their items disappeared after attempting to duplicate them. Some say that their saved data was gone. Therefore proceed with utmost caution.
