The best thing about these two gears are they are located very close to each other and can be found while solving an Observatory Constellation puzzle on Crashing Rocks.

Immortals Fenyx Rising: How to Get Valor of Solider Helm
To get your hands on the Valor of the Solider Helm, you should be at the top point of the Observatory. Once you climbed to the highest point, you will witness a wall that you will have to destroy with your heavy attack. Once the wall destroyed, go through it and there you will get pressure pads on the ground up a small set of steps. Now, you will have to stand on this and brazier the in front of you will light up. Now, take out your bow and arrows and shoot the brazier you see at the other side to light it.

Once you have successfully lit the brazier, a chest will be revealed. Upon opening this chest, you will get the Helm, which will give you a bonus of 10% damage to Sword attacks. Once it upgraded, you will also get a 20% stamina gain.
Immortals Fenyx Rising: How to Get The Valor of The Solider Breastplate
In order to get the Valor of the Solider Breastplace, you will have to go back all the way to the place where you broke the wall and take a left turn. From there, go to the place with the brazier you hit the arrow, there you will discover yet another chest.

Upon opening this chest, you will get the Breastplate, which will give you an extra Stamina chunk and -10 % Stamina consumption once you have upgraded it.
