Orisa is a highly-favored Tank hero in OW2 whose Ultimate is Terra Surge. This allows her to ‘sweep in enemies and anchor down, gaining the effects of Fortify and charging up a surge of damage’. Orisa’s ult lets you pull nearby enemies into the center where you are standing. It will create a ring that will slow down enemies that are caught in it. During your ult, you will get the effects of Fortify and charging up a surge of damage. This means, the percentage of Power that you see at the center of the screen, is the damage you are dealing. Make sure to use it when you are surrounded by heroes with relatively lower HP and you will get those multi-kills with ease.
So if there’s an Orisa on your team and their Ult is on, you need to get close to them and start attacking the slowed-down enemies. Without the support of other team members, her Ult doesn’t reach the potential it is supposed to. In fact, Orisa can be killed during her charge animation, which is why other heroes need to be there around her. For example, Baptiste’s Immortality Field tosses a device that prevents allies from dying. If it’s not destroyed in time, Orisa’s ult can get the charge and provide a significant impact.
Another hero that will be useful during Orisa’s ult is Ashe because she can use her Dynamite to damage the targetted enemies even more, taking some pressure off Orisa.
