How to Swim in Fortnite Chapter 2
Swimming is fairly simple in Fortnite, all you need to do is just go into the water and the character will begin swimming. If you are jumping off a pier you might need to press the sprint button, L3 on the PS4 and L Stick on the Xbox to begin swimming.
Swimming is a great way to cross water and get to the other side quickly as it will save much time instead of finding a new way around it.
How to Dive & Get Speed Boost
You can get a speed boost while in water by diving, all you need to do is press the jump button X on PS4, A on Xbox One and your character will jump out of the water like a dolphin and get back in giving you a boost.
This comes in handy when you are trying to outrun opponents or the zone in Fortnite.
