When you get to it, you will see that it is out of order, use your optical scanner to check out what’s wrong with it, and to fix the locking mechanism of the roller coaster take a left from the carts of the ride.
Here you will be able to notice a railing with a large drop, as you approach it you will see a small balcony type platform near it. Get on this balcony and fix the electrical issue.
