Fallout 76’s Wastelanders DLC is here and that means that you get new NPC to interact with, not only that you also get newer allies and one such ally is Beckett. Beckett is a great ally and recruiting him is fairly simple. If you want Beckett to be your ally, follow this guide.
A simple spoiler warning, you can even get into a romantic relationship with Beckett if so you choose, but to do that you will have to recruit him first.
How To Recruit Beckett in Fallout 76
Recruiting Beckett is easy but you will need to be at least level 20, this is just to make sure that if you end up in a fight you win that fight and nothing else.
Beckett is found in a prison, to get him you will need to go to the west side of the map and once there you will get a request to assist a man get out of prison, the man in question is Beckett.
Beckett can be found in the Blood Eagle prison located at the Rollins Labor Camp. All you have to do is open up your map and find the place between Mount Blair and Lewisburg on the southwestern region of the map.
As you go near this place, you will see a huge while crane at the camp. This is where the prison is located. Go inside this prison and you will see Beckett, speak to him and he will tell you where you can find a key to get him out of the prison.
Make sure that you sneak past all the Blood Eagles in the camp and do not create a huge mess as you go retrieve the key on the third floor.
If you want to engage in battle you can do that too, but make sure that your level is above that of your opponents. After this, all you have to do is return to Beckett and release him from prison.
Once out, Beckett will inform you that he needs his gear back, to find this you will need to go towards south from the Sludgeworks POI.
Once here, take out all the enemies in sight and grab Beckett’s gear from the shack and now all that remains is to get back to your C.A.M.P with Beckett.
After you get back, make sure that you build Beckett his bar and after this, you will be able to recruit him and start accepting his quests.
