Fallout 76’s new expansion Wastelanders brought NPC that you are free to interact but other than just a few dialogues some of them are important to the narrative like Commander Sofia Daguerre. If you want to recruit her in the game you will need to read the rest of this guide.
Before you bolt straight into the action, make sure that you’re at least level 25 in the game, you will be facing a lot of enemies in the rescue mission and it is best that you come prepared.
How To Recruit Commander Sofia Daguerre In Fallout 76
As soon as you reach level 25, make sure that the first thing you do is go and recruit Commander Daguerre in Fallout 76. You will need to go to the far east side of the map and as soon as you reach this place you will hear an emergency distress radio message.
This radio signal is from Commander Daguerre and you will need to rescue her, for this, you will need to go to The Mire. You can find this place near the East Ridge Lookout area. Here be prepared to fight a couple of enemies.
Once you have dealt with all the enemies, open up your map and look for a bunker near this area, you will need to go inside this bunker to save Commander Daguerre.
Once inside, talk to her and tell her about the war, after this, she will give you a quest and you will need to gather the parts of the flight recorder. The same flight that Commander Daguerre crash-landed from.
To find the ship, head out in the southwest direction, and once you’re at Gulper Lagoon go westward. You will be able to find the crashed flight in the distance as you go further.
Find the flight recorder and it will take around 2 minutes before you can download the recorder information to bring back to Commander Sofia Daguerre.
While this is all happening, be ready to face a couple of Super Mutants, take them down and you will get the data from the flight recorder. Take this back to Commander Daguerre.
Then she will ask you to recover an encryption key from the U.S.S.A robot. You will find the location on your map and the journey isn’t that far away either, all you need to do is go south from the Gulper Lagoon.
Here you will get the key, and all you have to do is take it back to Commander Daguerre. Once you do this you will be able to recruit Commander Sofia Daguerre. You can find her at your C.A.M.P in Fallout 76.
But you will also need to build her a command console so that she can easily carry out her tasks from your camp and this is all you have to do to recruit Commander Daguerre in Fallout 76.
