Heal yourself by eating berries

You can heal your health in Valheim by eating some raspberries, mushrooms, cooked meat and consuming health potions. Make sure to explore a lot to find plenty of Raspberries on bushes and Mushrooms in dungeons. There’s also the Minor Health Potion that will restore your health and you need 1 Mushroom, 1 Blueberry and 1 Dandelion for that. For meat, you have to kill animals like Deer and Boar and get it as a drop. Note that cooking raw meat can be done with the help of a Cooking Station. Of course, you need a fire under it to get it cooked properly. That’s where a campfire or any fire source like a firepit will come in handy.
