The Verdant Shear Rod can be obtained from Lushgrove for 40,000 E$. This is a new island from the Second Sea update. If you haven’t unlocked the 2nd Sea yet, check out the process in our linked guide.
To obtain it, all you have to do is interact with the rod and purchase it. There’s no quest or event to complete. It’s placed next to a red-haired NPC between two brown house-like structures similar to those you’ve seen in First Sea.

- Resilience: 10%
- Max Kg: 5000kg
