Visit the Tatsuhime Shrine in the afternoon time and talk to the child who will be standing there. He will ask you to get him something; like a food item or a drink. Fulfill his requests to get a Tatsuhime Ladybug from him.

With this Ladybug, go to the Shiroku pub at night and speak to the lady. She will mention the Ladybug, so go ahead and give the bug to her.
