The Mystic Mirror in Fisch is an important item because it works like a personal teleport. How to Obtain the Mystic Mirror
Do Merlin’s Questline
To complete Merlin’s questline for the Mystic mirror, you need Merlin’s Staff (used for Magical mutation – 25% chance) and access to various locations (mentioned below).
If you don’t see the crafting prompt later, it usually means you missed a task in Merlin’s quest. To get Merlin’s Staff, the items you need are Shard of Time, Anomalous Log, Iron Chunk and 1,000,000C$.
Gather the Three Required Items
You need three specific items to craft the Mystic Mirror. Two of them must be magically mutated using Merlin’s Staff. You need: Magic Mirror, Magical Crystal Geode and Magical Glass Diamond and here are the locations to find them.
Item 1 Location: Magic Mirror
- Buy it from the Traveling Merchant.
- Cost: 50,000 C$.
Since the Merchant appears randomly, you may need to wait for his next spawn cycle.
Item 2: Magical Crystal Geode
- Head to the Mineshaft which is a sublocation of The Chasm in Sunstone Island. You can access The Chasm only when you are blessed with the Merlin’s Veil effect.
- It’s located underwater in Sunstone Island and entering it will teleport you to the Mineshaft. This is a cave system where you need to use your Merlin’s Staff to fish out a Crystal Geode. If it gets the Magical mutation, keep it safe in your inventory.
Item 3: Magical Glass Diamond
- Travel to the Overgrowth Caves in Northern Expedition.
- Use an Aurora totem to increase your luck and speed up the process.
- Equip your Merlin’s Staff to fish there and once you get the Magical mutated Glass Diamond, you are ready to craft the Mystic Mirror.
Craft the Mystic Mirror
Once all three components are in your inventory:
- Return to Merlin.
- Open his dialogue menu.
- Select Deal. (Craft) under the Mystic Mirror option.
- The three items will be consumed, and the Mystic Mirror will be added to your inventory.
If the option doesn’t appear, double-check your inventory or make sure your quest is fully complete.
The Mystic Mirror takes effort to unlock, but the payoff is good. Once crafted, it becomes your personal fast-travel system, saving you time and danger during long farming sessions.
