During the Bizzy Bee event, players are tasked with collecting Honey for the Queen bee, and in return, she will give them some honey-themed items, including event seeds, pets, and more. For every round of the ‘Honey Combpressor’, you get 10 Honey, and the process is slower if the pollinated fruits are small. If you’d like to know how to get Honey fast in Grow a Garden, these tips and tricks will come in handy.
How to Get Honey Fast in Grow a Garden
As you already know, you need to input Pollinated fruits into the Honey Compressor, and after 3 minutes, you will get Honey from it. To speed up the process, you can:
- Plant more crops that are multi-harvest and produce big fruits: Crops like Mango, Dragon Fruit, Grapes, Moon Melon, Beanstalk etc., will help fill up the 10kg requirement of the Honey Combpressor much faster and you can get 10 Honey from a single big fruit. You can increase the size of crops by using the higher-tier Sprinklers such as the Advanced, Godly, and Master Sprinkler.
If possible (and if you want to), you can remove the small crops such as Blueberries, Strawberries and Raspberries with a Shovel so that the bees don’t pollinate them.It takes longer to create Honey with smaller fruits - Keep an alarm for every Swarm event: The bees swarm gardens every hour, and if you want more of your crops to be pollinated, you might not want to miss out on any event. So, set a timer and launch the game right before it. While the bees are doing their thing, you can check the Queen Bee’s shop, which also restocks every hour and might have a certain item that you want in stock. For example, the Nectarine Seed, Bee Egg, Honey Sprinkler, the Flower seed pack, and more cosmetics.
- Use Bee Pets: Bee pets are obtainable from the Bee egg (cost: 18 Honey) and with them you can have additional crops with the Pollinated mutation. For example, the Bee has a hatch chance of 65% and every 24 minutes, it flies to a nearby fruit and pollinates it. The same goes for the Honey Bee, Petal Bee, Queen Bee with differences in cooldown and other passives.
To see how much Honey you have collected in Grow a Garden at that point, go near the Queen Bee and you will see the count next to a honey pot icon right above your Sheckles count.
