The second option is to simply purchase them from the store, for which you will require in-game currency, and you can find the Customization option in the sub-menu.
The third option is to just play through any of the three multiplayer options which has a natural method, but the Supply Drops can carry any cosmetic item which may or may not be an Expression so you will have to grind a bit to get exactly what you want.
