Most Mounts in Dig It aren’t obtainable by purchasing them but are rewards for completing item collection in different regions. When you’ve collected all the items from a certain area, the next dig will give you a mount. There are 9 mounts in Roblox Dig It at the time of writing, and for two of them, you have to spend some Robux.

There’s also a Seal mount that can be obtained by completing Day 7 of Benson’s Daily Rewards.
Limited Time Mounts in Dig It
There are also limited-time mounts that you need to keep an eye on. For instance, during the Lunar New Year event a new island appeared in the game and will stay there till January 31, 2025. You can reach it by jumping over the water, swimming towards it or using a boat if you already have unlocked one. Once you’re there, start digging and complete the item collection to get the Dragon Mount in Dig It for free.
This is the collection on the Lunar New Year island:
- Bamboo, Chinese Cat, Comically Large Chopsticks, Dumpling, Fan, Fortune, Cookie, Frog, Gift of Abundance, Gift of Dragons, Gift of Fortune, Gong, Katana, Kettle, Lunar Snake, Mandarin, Ninja Star, Noodle Bowl, Panda, Party Hat, Phoenix, Red Lantern, Sensei Hobo, and Strawhat.
Apart from these, the Elf mount was rewarded for opening the 2024 Gift of Elves, whereas the Flexy mount was available in the Early Supporter limited time gamepass.
All in all, grinding the game and collecting items, getting lucky with possible drops or buying mounts with Robux are the methods to obtain Mounts in Dig It. They are worth the effort because it not only makes navigation much easier, but these cosmetics also makes your character look very cool.
