  • del c:\windows\syswow64\config\systemprofile\appdata\roaming\origin\telemetry\data
  • del c:\users\username\appdata\roaming\origin\telemetry\data

Also turning of Origins Client Service from Services will also resolve the problem.  Just type Services in the Search box and right click on OriginClientService. Go to Properties and disable it.
