How To Dismantle Skills In The Division 2 Warlords Of New York

Updated Date :

You can now dismantle skills in The Division 2 Warlords Of New York. Skills like Turrets, Drones, and other abilities have a cool-down period. Once you use a skill, for example, a Turret it will remain active for some time. Even if all enemies are down you cannot pick up the Turret back and use it later. But in The Division 2 Warlords Of New York, there is a way to dismantle skills. By doing this you can put it back on the cool-down period so that you can place it back when you actually require it. Read our Warlords of New York guide on how to dismantle skills.

How to dismantle skills in The Division 2 Warlords Of New York?

In The Division 2 Warlords Of New York when you place a turret and done with killing enemies, walk near the device. To dismantle a skill press E or Q on PC which is the default keys to interact. Press it to dismantle skills in The Division 2 Warlords Of New York. E is for the left skill and Q is for the right skill.

When you dismantle a skill, for example, a Turret, the skill cool down period will start from that point. So if you are traveling all the way to a point your skills will become active and available for deployment.  I was looking for this option for quite a  long time, especially for turrets, and drones. Skills that deploy a gadget that can help you to shoot down enemies.

The options work for all skills, by default, there are only two slots in The Division 2. The cooldown period is pretty annoying because it locks the skill unless the period of the previous is not over.  So by pressing E or Q in the game, you can dismantle skills in The Division 2 Warlords Of New York.
