How To Change FOV Settings In Team Fortress 2

FOV or Field of View in Team Fortress 2 will show you how much you can see inside your screen, depending on the settings that you’ve opted you can get a zoomed-in view but will reduce peripheral vision or you can have a zoomed out view with a larger surrounding view. How To Change FOV In Team Fortress 2

To change the FOV in Team Fortress 2, all you have to do is launch the game and then look for the Options button on the bottom of the screen. Go to the Video tab inside, and then click on Advanced. Inside this option, you will see the Field of View option and you can set it as you like it to be.

Having a higher field of view will let you be able to see the surroundings but everything will seem tiny and difficult to target while having a lower field of view will let you see things in sharp detail but you won’t get much peripheral vision.

There’s no magic number FOV and it depends on each person to person, if you wish to tinker with the settings, we recommend that you either add or subtract by 5 and see how comfortable you are with the settings.
