For the folks in the Northern Hemisphere, the Walking Stick is a brand new bug addition to your island in July. The Walking Stick is also a master of disguise, just like the Walking Leaf in New Horizons. Its cylindrical body resembles a stick which can make the predators really confused. This interesting bug is available for catching so let’s find out everything about the Walking Stick in ACNH.
Walking Stick in Animal Crossing New Horizons
This insect can be found from July to November in the Northern Hemisphere and from January to May in the Southern Hemisphere. So you have quite a lot of time to catch it.
It will spawn on trees from 4 am to 8 am and from 5 pm to 7 pm. So, to get this bug in your collection, you have to make sure that you play in these timings. That’s not all – just like the Walking Leaf, this bug also has a spawn condition. You must catch at least 20 bugs for this one to spawn.
When you spot it, ensure that you have equipped your net. Press and hold A and slowly walk towards the Walking Stick. At the right moment, release A to swing your net and catch it. As usual, you can donate it to Blathers or sell it which will get you 600 Bells. Not a bad price at all.
