How To Catch Ants And Add Them To Museum In Animal Crossing New Horizons

Published Date :

Ants can be a real problem in real life but Animal Crossing New Horizons fans cannot get enough of catching bugs as the entire game is partially based on catching all the types of bugs that you can find. Though it can be repulsive to some, to others it is essential and we like to cater to all types of our users. Just like in real life, ants will follow the scent of food laid out in the open in Animal Crossing New Horizons and this guide will show you exactly how to catch ants the easiest way in the game.

How To Catch Ants In Animal Crossing New Horizons

Catching ants is no brainer, you want to attract ants all you have to do is throw around food and wait. Better yet, this is completely our theory but the better the food the quicker ants will show up.

Once the food item that you have discarded to the ground starts to rot, it will attract ants and you will be able to catch them.

Catching them isn’t really that big of an issue, all you have to do is take out your net, equip it and swing to catch these ants.

They will be added to your collection and you can add another collection to your bugpedia in Animal Crossing New Horizons. You can even send it to the museum in your village and show them off to other villagers.

However, there isn’t any reward or achievement announced as of yet for catching ants in Animal Crossing New Horizons, but this might or might not change in any future update, you never know.

That is all you have to do, make sure that you let the food rot and you will have ants. If you are going to attract ants, then its best you do it in the game and not in real life and getting rid of them will certainly be a huge problem.
